    Shipping Methods

    Delivery via ACS Courier

    This option is available, only for deliveries inside Greece.

    Product delivery is carried out through the courier service provided by ACS Courier. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and unforeseen changes in conditions (e.g., severe weather, strikes). In the event of a delivery delay, you will be notified via phone or email.

    The charges for deliveries with ACS Courier for orders up to 12kg are as follows:

    • Mainland Destinations: Includes pickup, transport, and delivery to mainland destinations within the ACS network.
    • Island Destinations: Includes pickup, transport, and delivery to island destinations within the ACS network.
    • Inaccessible Areas: Locations outside the boundaries of major cities within the ACS network are considered inaccessible destinations. These are defined in ACS’s official price list and can be found on the website https://www.acscourier.net/el/pricelist.

    The shipping cost is calculated based on the actual weight or volumetric weight of the package. If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight (e.g., lightweight but bulky packages), charges are based on the volumetric weight, calculated as follows:

    Volumetric Weight (in kg) = (length in cm) × (width in cm) × (height in cm) ÷ 5,000

    Free shipping applies to orders valued over €100 and weighing up to 5kg, excluding inaccessible areas.

    The cash-on-delivery fee is €2.50.

    All prices include VAT at 24%.

    For orders with significant volume or weight, shipping costs may differ from those displayed in the shopping cart. In such cases, you will be promptly informed via phone or email.

     

    Delivery via Transport Company

    You can choose to have your order delivered through a transport company at your own expense.

     

    Damage During Transport

    "MANTIS BROS S.A." ensures proper delivery of products to the transport company. However, any damages or losses occurring during transport are the sole responsibility of the transport company. If you notice any damage to the product upon receipt, you must notify us within 24 hours. In collaboration with transport companies, our company will handle the communication to address the damage.

    For your convenience, we recommend carefully inspecting the package and its contents upon receipt. If you detect any damage, please immediately inform both the transport company and us at the following numbers: 210-5595605, 210-5596783 or via email at sales@mantisbros.gr.

     

    Pickup from Store

    You can collect your order from our store located in Aspropyrgos, Spithari area.

    Store Hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

    Order Cancellation

    The company "MANTIS BROS S.A." reserves the right not to proceed with the shipment of products ordered through its online store and to cancel the order. This may occur in cases of typographical or system errors resulting in products being listed at a price different from the current price in the price list.
